| Abstract: Based on the advantages of substrate-bag cultivation, such as flexibility, easy operation, convenient transportation, environmental protection of materials, avoiding adverse effects on crop production caused by soil hardening, salinization and soil-borne diseases, the substrate-bag cultivation technologies of tomato in greenhouse were explored, including variety selection, strong seedling cultivation, integrated management of water and fertilizer, plant adjustment and pest control. Compared with conventional cultivation, substrate-bag cultivation reduced the cost by 2 204.1 yuan per 667 m2, saved 40 laborers per 667 m2 and achieved remarkable economic benefits. |
