| Abstract: In order to screen out lettuce varieties suitable for planting in autumn and winter of Beijing, and enrich lettuce categories and meet people's diversified needs, eight imported lettuce varieties (six varieties of loose-headed lettuce and two varieties of head garden lettuce) were used as experimental materials, and the characteristics of agronomic traits, disease resistance, yield and nutritional quality of different lettuce varieties were compared and analyzed with loose-headed lettuce variety 'Dasusheng' and head garden lettuce variety 'Naiyou Shengcai' as controls, respectively. The results showed that loose-headed lettuce variety 'Kaidina' had high resistance to three major diseases including downy mildew, soft rot and gray mold, the yield was 2 223.44 kg per 667 m2, and the VC content was 78.8 mg/kg, which was suitable for popularization
and application in Beijing. The leaf of head garden lettuce variety 'Woju Fengdie' was green and purple, which could be used as a special vegetable. |
