Abstract: In order to promote the development of edible fungi industry, combined with the development characteristics of edible fungi industry and the edible fungi cultivation technology in Changyi city, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the key points of cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus, the green cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus with certain characteristics was formed through experiments and production practice. The specific technological points included reasonable formula, strict fermentation to ensure the quality of substrate, which could lay a good foundation for green cultivation. At the same time, a good job in sowing and management of spawn runing, covering soil properly and reasonably, taking correct fruiting management measures, reasonable controlling fruiting environmental conditions and harvest in time should be done, which could produce green and high-quality Agaricus bisporus products and achieve good production benefits finally. |
