Abstract: In order to determine the regulating effect of 0.3% hemin wettable powder (WP) on potato growth and determine the optimal dosage, potato 'Kexin No.6' was used as material, and 8% mepiquat chloride WP and clear water were used as pesticide control and blank control, respectively, and the field application experiment was carried out by random block arrangement to analyze the effects of different dosage of 0.3% hemin WP combined with special additives (SD) on growth, yield and quality of potato. The results showed that the average plant height, fresh leaf weight, stem diameter and average plot yield of treatment 1- treatment 5 (applying 0.3% hemin WP 10, 20, 30, 40, 0 g and SD 20 g per 667 m2, respectively) were higher than those of blank control, and treatment 4 (0.3% hemin WP 40 g + SD 20 g per 667 m2) was the largest, treatment 3
(0.3% hemin WP 30 g + SD 20 g per 667 m2) was the second, and the average plot yield of the two treatments extremely and significantly increased by 13.80% and 10.73% than blank control, respectively, but there was no significant difference with pesticide control. The dry matter weight, starch content, reducing sugar content and VC content of tuber under treatment 1- treatment 5 also increased compared with the blank control, among which treatment 4 was the highest, followed by treatment 3, and both were significantly higher than the blank control and pesticide control. Safety evaluation showed that all treatments were safe for potatoes. In potato production, it was recommended to use 0.3% hemin WP 30-40 g + SD 20 g per 667 m2. |
