Abstract: In order to explore the inducing conditions of tube-ginger of small yellow ginger in Guangxi, different concentrations of sucrose, paclobutrazol and potassium nutrition were used to induce tube-seedlings of small yellow ginger in Guangxi, and the size, diameter and plant growth of induced tube-ginger were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the tolerance of small yellow ginger to sucrose was poor, and the growth of small yellow ginger was inhibited at the concentration of 70 g/L, and the best induction concentration was 50 g/L. Under the condition of low sugar concentration, addition of paclobutrazol could not induce the production of ginger blocks, and the growth of plantlets in vitro was inhibited when paclobutrazol was added at 6 mg/L. Adding low concentration potassium could promote the growth of tube-seedlings of small
yellow ginger in Guangxi, but did not produce ginger blocks. Adding high concentration of potassium could induce small yellow ginger plantlets to produce ginger lumps, but the growth would be inhibited. The optimum sucrose concentration was 50 g/L, paclobutrazol concentration was 2 mg/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration was 60 mmol/L. These combination induced stout ginger plants, green leaves, good root growth and large ginger blocks, which had practical application value. |
