      摘要:为解决日光温室现代设备调控问题,探索出主动通风、雾化增湿、水肥一体化、袋式过滤等技术,实现了环境调控设备的轻简化、高效化、现代化,且为草莓创造了适宜的生长环境条件,提高了草莓品质。其中,通过应用主动通风技术,温室平均温度可提高2 ℃,省工80%以上,减少了病虫害的发生;通过应用雾化增湿技术,配合药剂施用,解决了移动式打药机带来的拐角处药害严重、管道过长等问题,进一步提高了叶片上药剂作用面积,且温室1 h内平均相对空气湿度提高30%以上;通过应用水肥一体化技术,实现了施肥机设备应用,省时、省力;通过应用袋式过滤技术,过滤了生产用水中的泥沙,减少了堵塞,改善了水质,有利于草莓优质生产。

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of modern equipment regulation in greenhouses, active ventilation technology, atomization humidifi cation technology, water fertilizer integration technology and bag fi ltration technology had been explored, achieving the simplifi cation, effi ciency and modernization of environmental regulation equipment, and creating suitable growth environment conditions for strawberries, improving their quality. Among them, the average temperature of the greenhouse could be increased by 2 ℃, saving more than 80% of labor and reducing the occurrence of diseases and pests by applying active ventilation technology. The problems of serious pesticide damage at the corners and long pipelines caused by mobile pesticide applicators had been solved by applying atomization humidifi cation technology in conjunction with pesticide application, further increasing the area of pesticide action on the leaves, and increasing the average relative air humidity within 1 hour of the greenhouse by more than 30%. The application of fertilizer applicators had been achieved and time and effort were saved by applying the integrated technology of water and fertilizer. Sediment in production water was fi ltered, blockage was reduced, and water quality was improved by applying bag fi ltration technology, which was benefi cial for high-quality strawberry production.
