Abstract: Soft rot disease is the main disease of konjak, which seriously restricts the large-scale production of konjak in Shiqian mountain area. In order to screen out effective fungicide for controlling soft rot disease of konjak, experiments were carried out on the base of interplanting konjak in fruit forests with different fungicides for the control of soft rot disease, and the control methods of seed taro disinfection, root irrigation after seedling emergence and spray fungicides in the middle of growth were adopted. The results showed that the control effects of the last root irrigation and spraying 0.5% qingkulike aqueous solution + 20% turpentine acid copper emulsion + 2% chunleimycin aqueous solution were the highest compared with the control, reaching 93.8% and 85.1%, respectively. The control effects of 0.3% double-tap water fixative and 20% longke bacteria suspension were the second with 84.1%, 81.2% and 72.3%, 67.4%, respectively. The control effects of 12% kejunkang wettable powder and 50% sterilized soluble powder were 77.7%, 62.8% and 72.3%, 62.2%, respectively. The control effect of 2% chunleimycin aqueous solution, 8% ningnanmycin aqueous solution and 8% ethyl allicin emulsifiable concentrate was the worst. The comprehensive control effect of the mixed solution of different fungicides was good, while the comprehensive control effect of a single was general or poor.
It was suggested that the mixed solution of 0.5% qingkulike aqueous solution + 20% copper stearate
aqueous emulsion + 2% chrysromycin aqueous solution with excellent comprehensive control effect
could be popularized and applied in production. |
