      摘要:为明确活性水在草莓生产上的应用效果,以“隋珠”草莓为试验材料,连续2年研究了活性水 灌溉对其果实产量、品质和耐贮藏性的影响。结果表明:活性水灌溉草莓总产量较普通水灌溉显著提高 6.9%~14.8%,不同阶段糖度显著增加0.7~1.1个百分点,2~4 ℃贮藏保鲜期延长了3 d左右。活性水有利 于提高草莓的果实产量、品质和耐贮藏性。

      Abstract: In order to clarify the application effects of active water on strawberry production, the effects of irrigation with active water on fruit yield, quality and storability of 'Suizhu' strawberry were studied for two consecutive years. The results showed that the total yield of strawberry irrigated with active water significantly increased by 6.9%-14.8% compared with ordinary water irrigation, and the sugar content in different stages significantly increased by 0.7-1.1 perctntage points. The fresh-keeping period was prolonged for about 3 days at 2-4 ℃. Active water was beneficial to improve fruit yield, quality and storablility of strawberry.
