Abstract: In order to increase the seed yield of 'Tailü No. 5' of broccoli, the effects of different parent row ratio (malefemale=11, malefemale=21) and sowing dates of female parent (August 10th, August 20th) on seed yield and related traits of 'Tailü No.5' were studied. The results showed that in the seed production of 'Tailü No.5', the seed yield of 21 treatment (735.13 effective pods per plant, 2.04 seeds per pod, 6.42 kg per 667 m2 ) was extremely and significantly higher than that of 11 treatment (362.42 effective pods per plant, 1.31 seeds per pod, 2.35 kg per 667 m2 ). The effects of two sowing dates of female parent on seed yield and related traits were not significant, but from the perspective of the meeting time of parent flowering, August 10th was more suitable for the sowing date of female parent. Therefore, it was suggested that the ratio of parent (male female) should be 21, and the sowing date of female parent should be August 10th for seed production of 'Tailü No.5'. |
