Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of multi-layer planting technology of Chinese chives, the medium-term temperature, soil humidity and plant number per box were optimized according to single factor analysis and response surface test, and the change of protein content of Chinese chives and the optimum technical conditions of multi-layer planting were studied. The results showed as follows: in the results of single factor test, the protein content of Chinese chives increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of medium-term temperature, and reached the highest at 12 ℃, which was 34.21 g/kg. With the increase of soil moisture, the protein content of Chinese chives increased firstly and then decreased, and reached the highest
at 60% of soil moisture, which was 33.05 g/kg. With the increase of plant number per box, the protein content
of Chinese chives increased firstly and then decreased, and reached the highest at 100 plants per box,
which was 34.33 g/kg. According to response surface optimization, medium-term temperature, soil
moisture, plant number per box and the interaction between medium-term temperature and plant
number per box all had extremely significant effects on the protein content of Chinese chives. The
interaction between soil moisture and plant number per box had significant effect on the protein content of
Chinese chives. According to the regression mode optimization, the optimum technical conditions for multi layer planting of Chinese chives were temperature of 12 ℃, soil moisture of 56%, plants per box of
95, and got protein content of 34.92 g/kg. It was feasible to improve the cultivation technology of
Chinese chives by regression mode. |
