      摘要:为促进化肥减量增效,推进新型生物有机肥的开发与应用,以番茄为试验材料,在日光温 室内采用随机区组设计,设置不施肥(T0)、施加新型骨钙生物有机肥(T1)、施加腐熟羊粪有机肥 (T2)和常见瑞佳生物有机肥(T3)4个处理,通过分析不同处理下番茄的形态特征、产量和土壤养分 等指标,从而确定骨钙生物有机肥在实际生产中的应用效果。结果表明:在日光温室番茄种植中,施肥 处理对番茄的生长指标无显著影响,但提高了新、老叶片的叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值);在番茄结果 期,新叶SPAD值总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,老叶片的平均SPAD值在不同处理下均高于新叶。骨钙 生物有机肥可显著提高番茄果实糖度及单果质量等指标,瑞佳生物有机肥可显著提高单株产量和总产 量。施加有机肥可使土壤养分含量增加,pH值降低,进而提高番茄产量及品质,这与施肥后土壤全氮含 量、速效磷含量及pH值有显著相关关系。综合考虑,瑞佳生物有机肥可作为提高番茄产量的备用肥料, 而骨钙生物有机肥作为一款新型有机肥可用于提高番茄品质。

      Abstract: In order to promote the reduction and efficiency of chemical fertilizer and promote the development and application of new bio-organic fertilizer, tomato was used as the test material in the solar greenhouse, and four treatments were set up, namely no fertilization (T0), application of bone calcium bioorganic fertilizer (T1) which was a kind of industrial waste fertilizer, application of rotten sheep manure organic fertilizer (T2) and Ruijia bio-organic fertilizer (T3). By measuring the morphological characteristics, yield of tomato and soil nutrients under different treatments, the fertilizer effi ciency of bone calcium bio-organic fertilizer in actual production would be determined. The results showed that fertilization had no signifi cant effect on the growth index of tomato in solar greenhouse, but increased the SPAD value of new and old leaves. In the fruiting stage of tomato, the SPAD value of the new leaves generally showed a trend of rising fi rst and then falling, and the average SPAD value of old leaves were higher than that of new leaves under different treatments. Bone calcium bio-organic fertilizer could signifi cantly improve the sugar contents and fruit weight of tomato, and Ruijia bio-organic fertilizer could signifi cantly increase the yield per plant and total yield. The application of organic fertilizer could increase the content of soil nutrient and decrease the pH value, so as to improve the yield and quality of tomato, which was signifi cantly correlated with the content of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and pH value in soil after fertilization. In summary, Ruijia bio-organic fertilizer could be used as a spare fertilizer to increase tomato yield, and bone calcium bio-organic fertilizer as a new organic fertilizer could be used to improve tomato quality.
