      摘要:为了研究微生物菌剂护地龙对番茄生长的影响及对根结线虫的防治效果,设置微生物菌剂、 1.8%阿维菌素(药剂对照)和空白对照3个处理进行试验。结果表明:微生物菌剂护地龙对根结线虫的 防治效果平均达86.56%,优于1.8%阿维菌素(55.84%);对番茄促生新根效果分别是空白对照、药剂 对照的3.2、2.5倍;株高分别比空白对照、药剂对照高3.4、1.7 cm;叶面积分别比空白对照、药剂对照 多4.5、3.0 cm2 ;茎周长分别比空白对照、药剂对照粗0.5、0.2 cm;产量比空白对照增加29.78%,比药剂 对照增加9.39%。护地龙对番茄生长、品质、抗性、增产、增收均有促进作用,同时适用性广、绿色安 全、不产生抗药性,适合设施番茄推广应用。

      Abstract: In order to study the effect of the microbial agent 'Hudilong' on the growth of tomato and the control effect of root knot nematode, three treatments were set up for the experiment, namely microbial agent, 1.8% abamectin (reagent control) and blank control. The results showed that the average control effect of the microbial agent 'Hudilong' on root knot nematode was 86.56%, which was better than 1.8% abamectin (55.84%). The effect of promoting new root growth of tomato was 3.2 times and 2.5 times of that of blank control and reagent control, respectively. The plant height was 3.4 cm and 1.7 cm higher than that of blank control and reagent control, respectively. The leaf area was 4.5 cm2 and 3.0 cm2 higher than that of blank control and reagent control, respectively. The stem circumference was 0.5 cm and 0.2 cm thicker than the blank control and the reagent control, respectively.The yield increased by 29.78% compared with the blank control and 9.39% compared with the reagent control. It could promote the growth, quality, resistance, yield and income of tomato, and was suitable for the promotion and application of greenhouse tomato because of its wide applicability, green safety and no drug resistance.
