      摘要:为探索南方温室彩椒长季节高效基质栽培的新途径,以“甘多尔”彩椒为材料,在高温条件 下,分析富氢水(Hydrogen-rich water, HRW)灌根处理对彩椒抗逆性、产量及品质的影响。结果表明: 与自来水对照相比,HRW处理显著降低了彩椒叶片和根部MDA含量,并显著提高了叶片和根部SOD、 CAT、POD、APX活性和Pro含量,以及彩椒的抗逆能力;产量增加了17.73%,同时品质得到明显改 善,VC含量极显著增加(43.52%),可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质、总酚含量分别显著增加5.46%、 7.85%、10.61%,可溶性糖、粗纤维、类胡萝卜素含量也有所升高。说明在高温胁迫下,HRW处理可有 效降低彩椒植株细胞的质膜氧化程度,维持细胞膜的稳定性,并通过提高抗氧化酶活性清除植株体内的活 性氧,提高渗透调节物质Pro的积累来减轻其受到的危害,增强植株的抗逆性,从而提高其产量和品质。

      Abstract: In order to explore a new way of substrate cultivation of colorful pepper in greenhouse with high effi ciency and long season in southern China, the effect of root irrigation treatment with HRW on stress resistance, yield and quality of colorful pepper were analyzed under high temperature condition in southern China with colorful pepper cultivar 'Ganduoer' as material. The results showed that compared with the CK, HRW treatment signifi cantly reduced the content of MDA in leaves and roots, and signifi cantly increased the activities of SOD, CAT, POD, APX and the content of Pro, and improved the anti-stress ability of colorful pepper. The yield was increased by 17.73% compared with the CK, the quality was signifi cantly improved, and VC contents was extremely and signifi cantly increased by 43.52%, and the content of soluble solids, soluble protein and total phenol were signifi cantly increased by 5.46%, 7.85% and 10.61%, respectively, and contents of soluble sugar, crude fi ber and carotenoid were also increased. It showed that under stress of high temperature, HRW treatment could effectively reduce the degree of plasma membrane oxidation of the cell, maintain the stability of the cell membrane, and remove the reactive oxygen species by improving the antioxidant enzyme activities in plant, improve the accumulation of osmotic regulation substances to slow down their received damage, enhance plant resistance, so as to improve the yield and quality of colorful pepper.
