Abstract: Soil-borne disease is a worldwide problem. In order to solve the problems of chemical fungicides damaging the environment and enhancing the resistance of pathogens, the use of plant rhizosphere microorganisms to control soil-borne diseases has become a research hotspot in recent years. Through the review of the types of rhizosphere microorganisms, the mechanism of soil-borne diseases control, it was pointed out that the application of high-throughput sequencing technology, metagenomics and bioinformatics should be strengthened in research methods, and more effective technologies of strain isolation and cultivation should be explored. In production practice, the bactericidal efficiency of biocontrol bacteria should be improved on the basis of considering the synergistic effect of multiflora, so as to provide a way of correctly using rhizosphere microorganisms to promote plant nutrient absorption, resist soil-borne diseases, adapt to environmental stress and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. |
