Abstract: In order to explore the control effect of microbial inoculants on the continuous cropping obstacles of tomato, different amounts of microbial inoculants were applied to controlled the continuous cropping obstacle of facilities tomato field which had been cropping continuously for 5 years at 3 different locations, and the effect of microbial inoculants treatments was compared and analyzed with 98% micron MG as control, including the growth characters, yield and benefit of tomato. The results showed that using microbial inoculant of 20 kg per 667 m2 had the best effect, which could improve the growth characteristics of tomato. Compared with treatment of 98% micron MG, plant height increased by 4.8-6.0 cm, stem diameter, single fruit weight, number of fruit per plant and plant disease rate had no significant differences, and cost efficiency saved 480-840 yuan per 667 m2 . At the same time, it saved time and labor, had no environmental pollution, and could optimize the soil micro-ecological structure. |
