      摘要:为优化富硒油葵芽苗菜生产的主要工艺参数,以氨基酸硒水溶制剂为处理试剂,以富硒油 葵芽苗菜产量为评价指标,采用单因素试验比较分析氨基酸硒水溶制剂浸种浓度、浸种时间、播种密 度、喷淋浓度、环境温度等因素对油葵芽苗菜产量的影响,并采用正交试验法优选生产条件。结果表 明:富硒油葵芽苗菜产量影响因素大小顺序为浸种浓度>播种密度>温度>喷淋浓度>浸种时间。当 氨基酸硒水溶制剂浸种浓度为400倍液(75 mg/L)、浸种时间为14 h、播种密度为110 g/盘、喷淋浓度 为4 000倍液(7.5 mg/L)、温度为26 ℃时,富硒油葵芽苗菜产量达945.2 g/盘,且符合富硒农产品的规 定。

      Abstract: In order to optimize the main technical parameduction in the production of selenium enriched oil sunflower sprouts, taking water-soluble preparation of amino acid selenium as the treatment reagent and the yield of selenium enriched oil sunflower sprouts was used as the evaluation index, single factor experiment was used to compare and analyze the effects of soaking concentration, seed soaking time, sowing density, spraying concentration and ambient temperature on the yield of oil sunflower sprouts, and orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the production conditions. The results showed that the order of influencing factors on the yield of selenium enriched oil sunflower sprouts was seed soaking concentration > sowing density > ambient temperature > spraying concentration > seed soaking time. The yield of selenium enriched oil sunflower sprouts reached 945.2 g/plate with 400 times (75 mg/L) of the concentration of water-soluble preparation of amino acid selenium, 14 h of the soaking time, 110 g/plate of the sowing density, 4 000 times (7.5 mg/L) of the spraying concentration and 26 ℃ of the temperature, and conform to the provisions of selenium enriched agricultural products.
