Abstract: To explore the control technology of Bemisia tabaci for facility vegetables in Tongzhou district of Beijing, six kinds of insecticides (the last three were biological insecticides) were selected for the control experiment, including 50 g/L dipropyl cyclamate dispersible solution, 22.4% spirulina ethyl ester suspension, 22% fipronil suspension, 0.5% veratrine solution, 99% mineral oil emulsion and 5% D-limonene solution. The control effects of different insecticides on Bemisia tabaci and yield of sweet pepper were investigated and compared. The results showed that all the six insecticides had inhibitory effects on Bemisia tabaci, among which 50 g/L dipropyl cyclamate dispersible solution (65 mL per 667 m2 ) exhibited the best control efficiency (95.67%) after 7 days of application, and the yield per plot was the highest, which was 40.33% higher than that of water control. The control efficiency of 5% D-limonene dispersible solution (100 mL per 667 m2 ) as a biological insecticide reached 83.00% after 7 days of application, which was 30.67% higher than the yield of the control. These two insecticides had no adverse impacts on crop growth and were suggested to be used alternately in production to achieve effective prevention and control purposes. |
