| Abstract: In order to improve the overall quality benefits and market competitiveness of Guizhou pepper, the achievement of the development of Guizhou pepper industry in recent years was summarized from the aspects of industrial layout, cultivar resources, processing capacity, market
system, brand influence and people's income increase, and the problems and challenges existing in the
current development of pepper industry were analyzed, such as intensified market competition, weak
infrastructure, low standardization level and high pressure on ecological environmental protection. The
development opportunities were analyzed from the aspects of policy guarantee, resource endowment
and industrial chain, and then suggestions for the development of pepper industry in Guizhou province
were put forward, such as increasing infrastructure construction, focusing on improving quality and
efficiency, accelerating the improvement of processing capacity, strengthening the construction of
market system and so on. |
