| Abstract: In order to prolong the harvest time and improve the yield and benefit of oriental melon in solar greenhouse, the treatments of one stubble with eight melons and one stubble with nine melons were set up by using oriental melon cultivar 'Yongtian 11' as test material, taking conventional cultivation of one stubble with four melons as contrast, the effect of different treatments on comprehensive characters, yield, plant growth, total yield and income of the first two batches of melon were studied. The results showed that, compared with conventional cultivation, the oriental melon extended by 55 days of the whole growth period, increased by 1 832.18 kg per 667 m2 of the total yield and increased by 23 746 yuan per 667 m2 of the total income under the treatment of one stubble with nine melons.
