      摘要:为了探索单杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Single Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,Q-ICP-MS)测定复杂基体紫菜中硒(Se)含量的方法,采用硝酸对紫菜进行微波消解前处 理,于100 ℃下赶酸,定容后待测。以78Se(硒)为待测元素,以103Rh(铑)为内标元素,采用Q-ICP-MS法氢 气模式对紫菜中硒含量进行测定。结果表明:Q-ICP-MS法氢气模式标准曲线线性范围为0~10 μg/L,相关系 数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.00 032 mg/kg,与三重四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,QQQ-ICP-MS)氦气模式测定结果精确度相当,且成本较 低;综合来看,采用Q-ICP-MS法氢气模式测定紫菜中硒含量操作简便、线性良好、灵敏度高、结果准 确,解决了以往单杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法氦气模式测定紫菜中硒含量偏高的问题,适用于紫菜中硒 含量的测定。

      Abstract: In order to explore a single queadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (Q-ICP-MS) for the determination of content of selenium in laver with complex matrix, pre-reaction with nitric acid was used to carry out microwave digestion pretreatment, the acid was rushed at 100 ℃, and the volume was determined to be measured. The content of selenium in laver was measured by Q-ICP-MS with taking 78Se as the element to be determined and 103Rh as the internal standard element . The results showed that the linear range of standard curve of the method was 0-10 μg/L, the correlation coeffi cient was more than 0.999, detection limit of the method was 0.00 032 mg/kg by Q-ICP-MS, which was no signifi cant difference in the results of triple quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (QQQ-ICP-MS) and the cost was lower. It indicated that Q-ICP-MS used hydrogen as collision gas to determine the content of selenium in laver was easy to operate, and had good linearity,
