      摘要:为了培育蔬菜壮苗及降低植物工厂系统能耗,对蔬菜嫁接愈合过程及其光环境调控机制进行研 究,综述蔬菜嫁接愈合过程和光环境调控在嫁接苗生产过程中的主要应用和发展趋势,分析嫁接愈合过 程的影响因素,如品种亲和性、苗龄和切面大小等内部因素和温度、空气湿度、光照强度、CO2浓度和微 量元素等外部因素;并总结了3个主要光环境因子(光照周期、光照强度、光质)对嫁接苗的调控机制, 发现植物所含的不同色素可通过吸收不同波段的光能而产生一系列生化反应,光环境调控可从多方面影 响植物嫁接苗的生长发育;未来,将致力于光调控的精准化、智能化研究。

      Abstract: In order to cultivate strong vegetable seedlings and reduce the energy consumption of plant factory system, the vegetable grafting healing process and its light environment regulation mechanism were studied, the main application and development trends of vegetable grafting healing process and light environment regulation in the production process of grafted seedlings were summarized, and the influencing factors of grafting healing process were analyzed, such as internal factors of cultivar compatibility, seedling age and section size, and external factors of temperature, air humidity, light intensity, concentration of CO2 and microelements. The regulation mechanism of three main light environment factors (light cycle, light intensity and light quality) on grafted seedlings was summarized. It was found that different pigments in plants could produce a series of biochemical reactions by absorbing light energy of different bands. The regulation of light environment could affectthe growth and development of grafted seedlings in many ways. In the future, it will be committed to the precise and intelligent research of light regulation.
