Abstract: In order to study the effects of different concentrations of seaweed fertilizer on the stress resistance of leaf lettuce, 'Lüshan' was taken as the research object, and seven concentrations (0.00, 1.00,1.25, 1.50, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00 g/L) of fertilizer gradient were set. The control group was not irrigated with
seaweed fertilizer, the biomass and antioxidant system (SOD, ascorbic acid content), osmotic regulation
substances (proline, soluble sugar content), malondialdehyde (MDA) and chlorophyll contents of leaf
lettuce with different treatments were compared at 10, 20, 30 days after transplanting. The results
showed that different concentrations of seaweed fertilizer could significantly increase the biomass and
antioxidant system activity of leaf lettuce, increase the content of osmotic regulation substances and
chlorophyll, and decrease the content of MDA. When the concentration of seaweed fertilizer was 1.50 g/L,
the dry weight aboveground increased by 29.18%, 22.02% and 22.02% compared with CK after planting
10, 20, 30 days, respectively, and the differences were significant. When the concentration of seaweed
fertilizer was 2.0 g/L, compared with CK after transplanting 10, 20, 30 days, the content of SOD
increased by 18.49%, 36.96%, 52.69%, the content of vitamin C increased by 28.27%, 46.55%, 40.22%,
the content of proline increased by 48.58%, 56.25%, 47.62%, the content of soluble sugars increased by
32.06%, 50.64% and 34.30%, and the content of MDA reduced by 18.18%, 43.32% and 74.6%, all with
extremely significant differences respectively. |
