Abstract: In order to clarify the species and classification status of pathogenic fungus carried on commercial
eggplant seeds, 20 eggplant cultivars were detected by blotting paper method and PDA plate methods. Through
isolation, purification and micromorphological identification, it was found that there were significant differences
in the number and species of fungus carried by different eggplant cultivars. The dominant bacterial groups carried
on the seed surface were mainly saprophytic fungus, such as Rhizopus, Penicillium and Aspergillus. At the same
time, some seeds carried pathogenic pathogens Fusarium and Alternaria. In general, there were less fungus in
eggplant seeds interior, which was lower than that on the surface of eggplant seeds. |
