In order to study the fertilizer's effects of amino acid fertilizcr and humic acid fertilizer on the growth and nutritional quality of lettuce, fertilization experiments of soilless cultivation were carried out by taking 'American lettuce' as material, and the growth and nutritional indexes of lettuce after fertilization were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the height, width, leaf's number, fresh weight and dry weight of lettuce were significantly improved by applying humic acid fertilizer, amino acid fertilizer and their combination in terms of growth compared with the control. In terms of nutritional quality, the contents of protein, amino acid, soluble sugar and reduced ascorbic acid in lettuce significantly increased by humic acid treatment, amino acid treatment and their combination treatment, and the contents of nitrate nitrogen decreased significantly. Compared with different fertilization methods, the effect of amino acid fertilizer treatment was better than that of humic acid fertilizer treatment and the combination of them in terms of growth. In terms of nutritional quality, the fertilization treatment group had its own advantages in promoting lettuce. |
