Abstract: In order to solve the problem of wetland ecological damage caused by traditional soilless cultivation using peat as substrate. The effects of four kinds of eco-organic substrate (the volume ratio of corn stalk∶edible fungus residue∶chicken manure was 0.5∶0.3∶0.2, sorghum straw∶sawdust residue∶sheep manure was 0.5∶0.3∶0.2, sunflower straw∶biogas residue∶pig manure was 0.5∶ 0.3∶0.2; rape straw∶grape wine residue: cow manure was 0.5∶0.3∶0.2) for soilless cultivation on the quality and benefit of tomato were studied in the non-cultivated greenhouse. The results showedthat compared with the control (the volume ratio of peat∶vermiculite∶perlite volume ratio was 0.5∶ 0.3∶0.2), the plant height, stem diameter, single fruit weight, fruit weight per plant and yield of treatment 2 (the volume ratio of corn stalk∶edible fungus residue∶chicken manure was 0.5∶0.3∶ 0.2)increased by 8.38%, 8.80%, 10.68%, 10.76% and 9.55%, respectively, the contents of soluble sugar, solids, VC and protein increased by 19.57%, 25.04%, 15.10% and 17.74%, respectively, output value and net profits increased by 7.68% and 17.71%, and the contents of nitrate and titratable acid reduced by 22.87% and 23.53%, respectively. In production practice, it was suggested that the eco-organic type soilless cultivation of vegetables should be carried out based on the existing organic material resources instead of peat. |
