Abstract: In order to recycle the vegetables organic waste, explore green planting technology, solve the problem of applying fertilizer on planting organic vegetables, the effects of fermentation broth prepared by vegetables waste on growth, quality and nutrient absorption of Chinese cabbage were studied by setting up different treatments in pot, such as organic fertilizer, organic fertilizer and fermented liquid, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer and so on. The results indicated that the fermentation broth had some effects on promoting growth, increasing yield and improving quality. Compared with organic fertilizer, the plant height, maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width of Chinese cabbage increased by 20.5%, 7.0% and 6.2%, respectively, fresh weight and dry weight increased by 74.7% and 6.7%, nitrate content decreased by 47.1%, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increased by 74.4%, 28.6%, 153.5%, respectively. However, the VC content in the plants decreased after the application of fermentation broth. The fermentation broth of vegetable waste could partly replace chemical fertilizer, and the effect was better when it was combined with organic fertilizer. |
