Abstract: In order to control Helminthosporium oryzae of Zizania latifolia and select efficient fungicides, a field trial was conducted to evaluate efficacy of seven main fungicides in the market on controlling Helminthosporium oryzae of Zizania latifolia . The results showed that 250 g/L pyraclostrobin emulsifiable concentrate (EC) possessed the best control effect, whose average control efficiency was 85.85% and effective period was long after 14 days of two consecutive treatments. 80% mancozeb wettable powder (WP), 300 g/L benzopropane azole EC and 50% iprodione suspending concentrate (SC) had relatively better control effects, and their average control efficiency were more than 73%. The average control efficacy of 80% mancozeb WP was close to 80%. The control efficacy of 80% mancozeb WP and 50% iprodione SC was stable with longer period of persistence within 14 days after treatment. In production, it was suggested that pyraclostrobin, mancozeb or their compound preparation should be the first choice in the early stage of disease or before infection, and iprodione should be used as alternate fungicides. |
