      为推进厨余垃圾、蔬菜秸秆等废弃物的无害化处理,利用垃圾好氧发酵设备进行废弃物的堆肥发酵处理,使垃圾转化为有机肥,以用于种苗生产和蔬菜种植,试验将蔬菜秸秆、厨余垃圾粉碎发酵后产生的有机肥与基质按照不同体积配比混合应用于蔬菜种植。结果表明:厨余垃圾与基质按5∶6体积配比混合应用于辣椒种植最佳,蔬菜秸秆、厨余垃圾的混合物与基质按3∶8体积配比混合应用于白菜种植最佳。

      Abstract: In order to promote the harmless treatment of kitchen waste, vegetable straw and other wastes, the composting and fermentation of wastes were carried out by using the waste aerobic fermentation equipment, so that the wastes could be converted into organic fertilizer, which could be used in seedling production and vegetable planting. In this experiment, the organic fertilizer produced by crushing and fermenting vegetable straw and kitchen waste were mixed with substrate according to different volume proportion and the mixture was applied to vegetable planting. The results showed that the best volume ratio of kitchen waste and substrate was 5∶6 in hot pepper. The best volume ratio of the mixture (vegetable straw and kitchen waste) and substrate was 3∶8 in Chinese cabbage.
