      为了保障辣椒质量安全,降低土壤污染风险,采用田间随机区组试验设计,研究了施用不同用量(0、15、30、45、60 t/hm2)鸡粪有机肥后,灌漠土、潮土以及辣椒各器官(根、茎、叶和果实)重金属全铅和全镉的变化。结果表明:施用高用量(60 t/hm2)鸡粪有机肥较不施鸡粪对照显著提高了灌漠土和潮土全铅和全镉含量,土壤全铅和全镉含量最高分别为38.09 mg/kg和0.406 0 mg/kg,但均未超过土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准;不同用量鸡粪有机肥施用后,辣椒各器官中全铅含量表现为根、叶>茎>果实,全镉含量则表现为根>叶>果实>茎,全铅和全镉含量均在根部最高;辣椒果实全铅含量变化范围为0.064 8~0.094 7 mg/kg,全镉含量变化范围为0.021 4~0.045 1 mg/kg,均未超过食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量,可以安全食用。可以认为,短期施用鸡粪有机肥后尚未造成土壤污染和辣椒果实Pb和Cd的超标。

      Abstract: In order to ensure the quality and safety of pepper and decrease the risk of soil pollution, the changes of Pb and Cd in irrigated desert soil, fl uro-aquic soil and the organs (roots, stems, leaves and fruits) of pepper were studied after different amount of chicken manure application (0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 t/hm2) by randomized block experiment design. The results showed that the application of high amount (60 t/hm2) chicken manure application signifi cantly increased the content of total Pb and Cd in irrigated desert soil and fluro-aquic soil compared with CK (no chicken manure). The highest content of total Pb and total Cd in the soil were 38.09, 0.406 0 mg/kg, which did not exceed the soil environmental quality control standard of agricultural land soil pollution risk. After the application of different amount of chicken manure, the content of total Pb in pepper organs was as follows: roots, leaves > stems > fruits, and the total Cd content was as follows: roots > leaves > fruits > stems, so the total Pb and total Cd content were the highest in the roots. The total Pb content of pepper fruits changed in the range of 0.064 8-0.094 7 mg/kg, and the total Cd content changed in the range of 0.021 4-0.045 1 mg/kg, which were not exceed the national food safety standard limit of pollutants and could be eaten safely. It could be concluded that the short-term application of chicken manure did not cause soil pollution and the Pb and Cd in pepper fruits exceeding the standard.
