| Abstract: In order to make use of rotten vegetables and protect ecological environment of the capital, the current development of fertilizer utilization of rotten vegetables in Beijing was introduced comprehensively, from the aspects of technology demand and supply, benefi t of technology demonstration and promotion, application effect of operation mode and supporting policy analysis. According to the development divergence of facility vegetable industry in Beijing, two operation modes——regional centralized treatment and block decentralized treatment, were established respectively, which solved the problems of collecting and dealing rotten vegetables according to local conditions. At the same time, the problems found in the process of technology application, such as imperfect policy mechanism, defective collection, storage and transportation system, were studied and analyzed. Some relevant suggestions were put forward, hoping to provide a realistic template for the sustainable development of rotten vegetables resource utilization technology. |
