| Abstract: According to the real-time monitoring of vegetable price in Hebei province by the agricultural product price information network and the wholesale market of Shijiazhuangqiaoxi vegetable center, the horizontal level and vertical trend of vegetable price of 17 main varieties in Hebei province in the first quarter were expounded from the perspective of overall vegetable price, price of each variety and interprovincial price comparison. The results showed that the overall price of vegetables in Hebei province rose first and then fell in the first quarter, compared with the same period in previous years, the price was lower than the average level of Shandong province and the whole country. Among the vegetable items, Chinese cabbage, garlic and other stored vegetables rose most significantly. The research showed that supply and demand, weather conditions, transportation and seasonal factors were the main factors affecting the change of vegetable price in Hebei province. |
