Abstract: In view of the lack of effective practical technology for postharvest preservation of Grifola frondosa , which restricted the industrial competitiveness and planting scale of Grifola frondosa , based on the samples of Grifola frondosa in Beijing, the quality change of Grifola frondosa under the storage condition of 0-4 ℃ was studied. The technology analysis from four aspects of harvesting time, harvesting maturity, precooling measures, packaging methods was made, and practical technical specifications was put forward. The results showed that the appearance quality could be well maintained, and the shelf life could be extended for more than 2 days, after the Grifola frondosa harvested at 70%-80% maturity without dew, precooled at 5-10 ℃ and packed with nano active fresh-keeping bags. |
