      针对目前灰树花采后保鲜缺乏有效的实用技术,制约灰树花产业竞争力和种植规模等问题,基于北京市灰树花样本,研究在0~4℃贮藏条件下灰树花的品质变化,从采收时间、采收成熟度、预冷措施、包装方式等4个方面进行技术分析,并提出实用技术规范。结果表明:灰树花在露水干后、七八成熟度采收,5~10℃预冷处理,采用纳米活性保鲜袋等包装均可以较好地保持其外观品质,延长货架期2d以上,适合灰树花短期保鲜。

      Abstract: In view of the lack of effective practical technology for postharvest preservation of Grifola frondosa , which restricted the industrial competitiveness and planting scale of Grifola frondosa , based on the samples of Grifola frondosa in Beijing, the quality change of Grifola frondosa under the storage condition of 0-4 ℃ was studied. The technology analysis from four aspects of harvesting time, harvesting maturity, precooling measures, packaging methods was made, and practical technical specifications was put forward. The results showed that the appearance quality could be well maintained, and the shelf life could be extended for more than 2 days, after the Grifola frondosa harvested at 70%-80% maturity without dew, precooled at 5-10 ℃ and packed with nano active fresh-keeping bags.
