| Abstract: Root knot nematode of cucumber seriously limits the production of cucumber, especially in greenhouse. In order to achieve high-efficiency control of cucum ber root knot nematode, improve the quality, achieve high-yield and energy-saving production, the diagnosis and identification, the infection process and pathogenic principle, the conditions of disease transmission and occurrence of cucumber root knot nematode were elaborated in detail. The agricultural control measures, such as selecting resistant cultivars, reasonable rotation, strengthening management, closing shed at high temperature, scalding soil with boiling water and chemical control methods were put forward. |
