Abstract: In order to summarize and optimize the key technologies and timing of influencing the fruiting and slice of Grifola frondosa , the effects of three factors, i.e. the time of light-inducing primordia formation, the moment of opening bag and the measure of moisturizing at the bag mouth, on the unit yield, fruiting body figure and opening rate of industrialized bag planting of Grifola frondosa were compared and analyzed. The results showed that A2B1C2 had the best yield, the volume of mushroom clump and the rate of opening in this experiment. Therefore, the optimal cultivation technology was as follows: loading with two bags, illuminating with 50-100 lx LED light to induce the primordia induction at 10th day after mycelia growing full of bag, moving bags into mushroom house in which environmental temperature controlled at 22- 25 ℃, humidity at 90%-95%, CO2 concentration below 0.1%, and light intensity at 200-500 lx, and opening bags when hyphae became to fine droplets and shrink. When opening the bag, it should cut off the part above 10 cm of the outer bag, store water between the inner and outer bags to produce mushrooms, remove the outer bag at the later stage of opening the bag until harvest. |
