Abstract: The effects of bacterial fertilizer on the growth, yield and quality of eggplant were studied. The study was conducted in the central part of Shanxi province in 2017. The plant height and development degree of eggplant were compared and analyzed by three fertilization treatments (biological fertilizer treatment, chemical fertilizer treatment and no fertilizer application). The results showed that compared with CK, chemical fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer improved the growth, yield, quality, and resistance of eggplant. The yield, quality and resistance of biological bacterial fertilizer treatment were the best, the yield per 667 m2 was 9 100 kg, and the fruit's cellulose content was 0.009 g/g, the soluble sugar content was 0.010%, the VC content was 13.380 mg/kg, the soluble protein content was 3.466 mg/g, and the resistance index for low temperature and weak light was 4.5, verticillium wilt was highly resistant. This result showed that biological fertilizer was favorable for the growth, yield and quality of eggplant. This fertilization method reduces the frequency of field operations and the economic cost, and has broad application prospects. |
