试验采用盆栽定量接种法和温室分区处理试验测定了番茄定植前臭氧水浇灌处理对南方根结线虫的防治效果。室内盆栽试验结果表明:随着臭氧水浇灌处理次数的增加,根结线虫防治效果和番茄生长促进作用呈上升趋势;与对照相比,0.5mg/kg臭氧水浇灌处理5次对根结线虫的相对防效较好,为65.1%,番茄株高和地上部鲜质量增长率分别为60.2%和108.2%。温室分区处理试验结果表明:1.0mg/kg臭氧水浇灌处理4次,对番茄根结线虫病的相对防效为72.1%,达到熏蒸性杀线虫剂异硫氰酸甲酯相对防效的90%。 |

Abstract: Pot trial with the method of quantitative inoculation and zoning treatment trial in greenhouse were conducted to detect the control effects of the pre-planting irrigation treatment of ozonated water on the root-knot nematode of tomato. The results of pot trial showed that the effects of controlling the rootknot nematode and promoting tomato growth had a tendency to rise. Compared with the control, the five times irrigation treatment of the ozonated water with O3 concentration of 0.5 mg/kg received a relative control effect of 65.1% on the root-knot nematode and the increasing rates of tomato plant height and fresh aboveground weight were 60.2% and 108.2%, respectively. The results of zoning treatment trial in greenhouse showed that relative control effect of four times irrigation treatment of the ozonated water with O3 concentration of 1.0 mg/kg was 72.1%, reaching 90% of that of the fumigant nematicide (Methyl isothiocyanate) on the root-knot nematode of tomato. |
