Abstract: In order to compare the effects of different rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of grafted cucumber, 12 different kinds of rootstocks were selected, and the cucumber cultivar 'Beinongjiaxiu' was used as scion. The effects of different rootstocks grafting on cucumber were analyzed by measuring the morphology, nutrient quality and yield of the grafted cucumber. The results were as follows: quality of the grated cucumber fruit was better than their own root cucumber, 'Chuangfan No.1' was the best, 'Qianglishi' 'Beinongjiaxiu' had a more obvious effect on improving quality, and their comprehensive nutrition quality index was 22, 21, 21, respectively. The yield of the grated cucumber fruit was higher than their own root cucumber, the yield per 667 m2 of 'Fuzhen No.1' 'Chuangfan No.1' 'Qianglishi' was 5 314.15, 4 501.10, 4 207.85 kg, respectively. Analysis on the indexes of grafting survival rate, yield and quality of grafting cucumber, 'Qianglishi' was a suitable grafting cultivar for cucumber grafting production under climatic conditions in Beijing. |
