Abstract: In order to understand the status of vegetable pesticide residue in Dingxi city and provide reference for food safety risk assessment, 35 pesticide residues in vegetables sold in production bases, wholesale markets, agricultural markets and supermarkets in Dingxi city were monitored in 2018. The results showed that among the 220 vegetable samples tested, 130 were taken from the bases, with a qualified rate of 99.2%, 59 from supermarkets, 27 from wholesale markets, and 4 from agricultural markets, with a qualified rate of 100%. The overall qualified rate was 99.5%, which was 0.8 percentage points higher than that of the previous year. The pesticide residue detection rate and pesticide kinds in solanaceous vegetables were the highest, followed by leafy vegetables. A total of 10 banned pesticides and 16 non-banned pesticides were detected, and the pesticides with the highest detection rates were chlorpyrifos (3.30%) and cypermethrin (8.33%), respectively. |
