      为了研究不同胁迫处理对甜瓜苗期生长发育的影响,在F18、F20两个甜瓜品种的苗期分别施以低温胁迫、水分胁迫、盐胁迫处理,分别对F18、F20的株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上部和地下部干质量、叶绿素含量等指标进行了测定。结果表明,不同胁迫处理对甜瓜幼苗的株高及地下部干质量有显著影响,说明其可作为甜瓜苗期抗早衰鉴定的形态指标;F18比F20较耐低温胁迫和盐胁迫,F20较耐水分胁迫,这与形态指标的表现一致。

      Abstract:In order to study the effects of different stress treatments on seedling growth, F18 and F20 were treated with low temperature stress, water stress, salt stress in seedling stage. After that, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight of ground and underground and chlorophyll content were determined. The results showed that the plant height and the dry weight of the underground during the seedling stage were signifi cantly affected by different stress treatments and these two indexes could be used as identifi cation index of muskmelon seedling anti-premature senility. F18 was more resistant to low temperature stress and salt stress than F20, and F20 was more resistant to water stress. It was consistent with the expression of morphological index.
