Abstract:In order to study the effects of different stress treatments on seedling growth, F18 and F20 were treated with low temperature stress, water stress, salt stress in seedling stage. After that, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight of ground and underground and chlorophyll content were determined. The results showed that the plant height and the dry weight of the underground during the seedling stage were signifi cantly affected by different stress treatments and these two indexes could be used as identifi cation index of muskmelon seedling anti-premature senility. F18 was more resistant to low temperature stress and salt stress than F20, and F20 was more resistant to water stress. It was consistent with the expression of morphological index. |
