Abstract: The cultivation characteristics and processing nutrients of two leaf radish varieties commonly used for export in Ningbo were studied by cultivation experiment. The botanical shape, growth period and growth dynamics were compared, and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and vitamin C in dehydrated products were measured. The results showed that leaf width, leaf length and plant height index of 'Yetailang' were slightly higher than 'Yedagen'. The chlorophyll and total soluble sugar of 'Yetailang' were lower than those of 'Yedagen', while the content of vitamin C was higher than that of 'Yedagen', the customers from export market were more inclinedto 'Yetailang' from the sensory indicators. It was a preferable choice for planting. |
