Abstract: In order to identify the effect of polypeptide on growth and disease resistance of tomato and establish the theoretical foundation for the application of polypeptide on protected vegetables, the field experiment was carried out on tomato in spring stubble about the effect of bioactive polypeptide. The results indicated that the optimum concentration of polypeptide applied on tomato plants was 700 times diluted solution, the plant height was improved by 11.5%, the number of flowers was increased by 35.1%, the weight of single fruit was increased by 16.2%, the disease incidence was decreased by 5%~10%, and the reducing sugar was increased by 3.7%. In conclusion, the bioactive polypeptide has remarkable effect on growth and disease resistance of tomato. |
