| Abstract: In order to screen out the best disinfectant, the simulation processing tomato seeds with bacterial spot disease were disinfected by 9 kinds of medicaments, and germination rate, germination potential, bud length, root length and fresh weight under different medicaments were investigated. The results showed that seeds were presoaked in 30% copper (succinate＋glutarate＋adipate) wettable powder 200 times for 60 min, whose bacterial bearing rate was 3.33%, the spore-burthened quantity was 2.72 per grain, the germination rate was 91.11%. The seeds were presoaked in 1% KMnO4 for 20 min, whose bacterial bearing rate was 5.12%, the spore-burthened quantity was 4.72 per grain, the germination rate was 91.56%. The seeds of processing tomato were disinfected by the above two medicaments, and good disinfection effects were obtained. In addition, the two medicaments had no influence on germination of seeds, which were recommended to apply for production. |
