| Abstract: Eggplant was one of the main vegetables supplied to the market of China North, which were planted in Hainan province during winter. In order to select excellent cultivars, comparison experiments including botanical traits, yield and resistance were conducted among 16 eggplant cultivars that were introduced, taking 'Changfeng No.2' as contrast. The results showed that 'Nongfeng No.3', 'Nongfuchangqie' and 'Fengmao No.5' had outstanding comprehensive characters, which were suitable to be transported from South to North and promoted in Hainan. |
