Abstract: To find out the risk factors that affected the quality and safety of potato and clear the key control points of quality and safety of production and recessive add ingredients, using the theory of risk assessment, quantitative detection of pesticide residue in potato samples was conducted by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry instrument (GC-MS/MS) and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry instrument (UPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that there were multi-residue phenomena in potato samples. The residue amount of phorate, cyazofamid, chlorpyrifos and metalaxyl exceeded their standards and the risk of phorate was the highest. According to the evaluation results, the rationalization proposals were put forward to provide the bases for promoting the quality safety and supervision of agricultural products. |
