      为了获取印度南瓜与中国南瓜的“种间自交系”,为印度南瓜与中国南瓜的种间杂交提供桥梁亲本,在获得印度南瓜与中国南瓜种间F1的基础上,以印度南瓜作为回交亲本,通过2次回交后再连续5次自交,获得了可育的BC2F6种子。种间自交系BC2F5可与印度南瓜正反交,也可用中国南瓜花粉对其授粉得到正常数量F1种子,但用其花粉对中国南瓜授粉仍难获得杂交种子。种间自交系与印度南瓜杂交获得的F1具有实际应用价值。

      Abstract: In order to obtain interspecific inbred lines of interspecific crossing between Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata and provide bridge parents for interspecific crossing. Cucurbita maxima was used as a backcross parent on the basis of the F1 obtained from crossing between Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata, and the fertile BC2F6 seeds were obtained after 2 backcrosses and 5 selfings. The interspecific inbred line (BC2F5) could be reciprocally crossed with Cucurbita maxima, and also be pollinated by Cucurbita moschata to get F1 seeds with normal quantity, but it was difficult to obtain crossing seeds for pollinating Cucurbita moschata with the pollen of BC2F5. The F1 generation of crossing between interspecific inbred lines and Cucurbita maxima had practical application value.
