      以番茄圣罗兰3689为材料,选用3种土壤熏蒸剂和2种生物菌肥,研究土壤熏蒸剂加生物菌肥处理对土壤真菌和细菌呼吸强度,以及真菌和细菌生物量比例的影响,探究可以有效防治日光温室番茄土传病害的最佳熏蒸剂和菌肥搭配组合。结果表明:未施用生物菌肥时,石灰氮处理对于真菌和细菌呼吸强度有明显抑制作用;施用菌肥后结果盛04,威百亩+ETS处理的微生物呼吸强度最低;在轻微发病征兆04,棉隆+ETS的微生物呼吸强度最低。采用灰色关联理论对多目标综合评价及对产量和各测定指标进行相关性分析,威百亩+金汇处理对土壤生物因素的影响最为有利,产量最高且与真菌和细菌呼吸强度均呈极显著负相关,为最优处理组合。

      Abstract: Using tomato YSL 3689 as material, the effects of soil fungal and bacterial respiration intensity and the proportion of fungi and bacteria biomass through 3 kinds of soil fumigants and 2 kinds of bio-bacterial manure treatments on tomato were studied, to explore the best combination of the fumigant and bio-bacterial manure for the effective prevention and control of tomato soil-borne diseases in solar greenhouse. The results showed that in the absence of bio-bacterial manure, the lime nitrogen treatment had a significant inhibitory effect on fungal and bacterial respiration intensity. The respiration intensity of the microorganism was the lowest in the fruiting period of metham combined with ETS treatment. At the slight onset period of symptoms, the dazomet combined with ETS treatment had the lowest microbial respiration intensity. Comprehensive analysis based on the gray relational theory and correlation between yield and tested indexes showed that the effects of metham combined with Jinhui on soil biological factors were most favorable with the highest yield, and the correlation between yield and the respiration intensity of fungi and bacteria was extremely significant and negative. Above all, metham combined with Jinhui was the optimal combination.
