| 基于中国农业科学院信息中心研发的“农信采”设备采集到的2016年黑龙江省蔬菜价格数据，得出黑龙江省蔬菜价格波动曲线。在初步探讨蔬菜价格波动的具体原因的基础上，提出了稳定黑龙江省蔬菜生产，减小蔬菜市场价格波动的建议与对策，如以壮大的产业格局，延长蔬菜价格的链条；以准确的市场信息，引导蔬菜价格的波动；以实用的科技成果，抵消蔬菜价格的波动等。 |

| Abstract: According to the data of Heilongjiang province vegetable prices in 2016, which werecollected from the facility "Agricultural Credit" of Information Center of Heilongjiang Academy ofAgricultural Sciences, the fluctuation curve of vegetable price was obtained. On the basis of preliminarydiscussion of the specific reasons of vegetable price fluctuation in Heilongjiang Province, the suggestionsand countermeasures to stablize the production of vegetables and reduce the fluctuations of the vegetablemarket prices were put forward, such as extending the chain of vegetable prices through the expansion of theindustrial pattern; guiding the fluctuation of vegetable prices with accurate market information; offsetting thefluctuation of vegetable prices with practical scientific and tec hnological achievements, and so on. |
