      为解决设施蔬菜生产过程中产生的藤蔓等废弃物污染环境问题,实现农业废弃物的资源化利用,探索了蔬菜废弃物与牛粪混合发酵制作有机肥的加工工艺,监测了发酵过程中理化性状变化规律。结果表明,牛粪与蔬菜废弃物混合发酵24d后,出料口堆体的含水率及有机质含量均比初始牛粪有所提高,C/N呈现降低的趋势,CO2、CH4浓度整体呈现降低趋势。建议堆肥原料采用新鲜的牛粪及粉碎的蔬菜废弃物,同时将机械翻堆与通风供氧相结合,可以有效改善堆肥效果。

      Abstract: To solve the environmental pollution caused by vegetable wastes and realize the recyclingutilization of agricultural wastes, this study explored the processing technic of vegetable wastes and cowdung mixed fermentation of organic fertilizer production, and monitored the changes of physicochemicalproperties in the fermentation process. The results showed that the water content and organic content ofcow dung mixed with vegetable wastes in the discharging hole were both higher than only cow dung after24 d. The ratio of C/N and the concentration of CO2, CH4 presented decreasing tendency. Thus choosingfresh cow dung and smashed vegetable wastes as compost raw materials and combining mechanical turningwith ventilation will be helpful to improve the effect of compost.
