Abstract: In order to protect the growing environment of the rare edible fungi Tremella aurantialba and Morchella esculenta with rich nutritients and high health care value, promote artificial cultivation and develop
the rare edible fungi industry, the effects of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, air and light on the growth of Tremella aurantialba and Morchella esculenta and the corresponding cultivation measures were briefly described. At the same time, it was pointed out that there was a lack of in-depth research on the internal mechanism of environmental factors affecting the growth of the two types of edible fungi. In the future, attention should be paid to the physiological and biochemical studies on the effects of environmental factors on the growth of the two types of edible fungi, and the molecular mechanism studies should be promoted simultaneously, so as to better help the healthy and sustainable development of the Tremella aurantialba and morchella industry. |
